I have been using sierra with AMP and CQG service package 3 and have continued to pay for 6 month subscriptions to Sierra ever since AMP and Sierra discontinued their agreement. I haven't had an issue until today when I stupidly renewed without initiating the renewal from within Sierra Chart, and I must've chosen the wrong configuration. Earlier someone tried to help me but I still cannot load my data or trade. They said they were switching me to package 10 and that it should work, however, i thought i was always on package 3. I am just really confused at the moment and would like to return to how i was configured as of friday. Is it possible to cancel my renewal so that I can renew from within the program? I am trying to get this resolved as soon as possible. Please advise asap.
