Good morning, I am going to use Sierra Chart to trade with Rithmic, therefore, I think I don't need the Denali data, I would like to know if I have the historical data even if I don't subscribe to Denali when I connect with Rithmic. On the other hand, I am trying to add one more system and I don't see it in the control panel. I have selected "Package 11" + one system (4 total equipment). Payment 6 months. Is there a possibility to pay for 12 months with some added discount? Looking forward to your replies, Best regards and thank you very much |

You do not have access to the historical data when you are getting the Rithmic data. It is either one or the other (either Denali data, or Rithmic data). You can not combine them. On the other hand, I am trying to add one more system and I don't see it in the control panel.
You have added an additional system to your account, so you are now able to run Sierra Chart on up to 4 systems at the same time. But keep in mind, this is just for the Sierra Chart software. The Denali Exchange Data Feed has a different set of rules. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections Also, we just want to make sure that you really need that 4th system. You are allowed 3 by default.
