Missing 2 weeks of data on intraday chart

I just notice I'm missing 2 weeks of data on a 30 minute volume profile chart I'm building, but my daily candlestick chart has all the dates still. The volume profile has a gap from 8/22 to 9/12 so 2 weeks are missing, not sure if there is even more missing than that. How do I fix this? |

Try to re-download the data. Edit >> Delete All Data And download |

That didn't work. I tried deleting and redownloading a few days prior to 8/22 and still the same dates are missing
