Since you are referencing VIX and VVIX, we assume that you are wanting the Cash Indices and not the Futures. You are not setup to receive the data for the Cash Indices for the CBOE Indices exchange from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. As such, if you were getting this data previously, then it was not through us, but must have been from your trading service. If you want the data from us, then refer to the Setup Instructions for our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

John .Thanks, Yes although I use Denali, I use the IBKR trading data feed as I execute with them, so that's what must be happening , I will look into the CBOE bundle When I was getting VVIX before it was definitely before I had Denali and just IBKR feed for everything Barry |

John . I had a look at what I'm paying for just now and I think you can view it too , I'm confused , I don't see CBOE on any of the Denali feeds , Which one do I need to activate to get any of the ones listed under Indexes CBOE ( Real Time ) on the symbols list . Also like the 1st 4 on the list for CME , if you sub to the top one the $ 33 a month are the other 3 included in that ? or do you have to activate them as well . All I want is to be able to get VIX , VXST , VVIX on top of what I have now Also I see the put call ratio on Indexes other , is that intraday ? and how do I go about getting it ? Barry |

With regards to the CBOE Indices, it is part of our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, not the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The instructions to setup the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions Also like the 1st 4 on the list for CME , if you sub to the top one the $ 33 a month are the other 3 included in that ? or do you have to activate them as well . All I want is to be able to get VIX , VXST , VVIX on top of what I have now
The CBOE Indices does not have this kind of option. But with regards to the CME data options, when you get the one (Full CME Group with Market Depth) it includes all the other options that make up that one, so you only need the one exchange (you do not need to activate the other "sub" exchanges as well). Also I see the put call ratio on Indexes other , is that intraday ? and how do I go about getting it ?
That is not data that we have access to any longer. We apologize for not having that updated.
