Since you are referencing VIX and VVIX, we assume that you are wanting the Cash Indices and not the Futures. You are not setup to receive the data for the Cash Indices for the CBOE Indices exchange from our Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. As such, if you were getting this data previously, then it was not through us, but must have been from your trading service.
