Hello There appears to be a problem with my data feed. The message "Error Downloading Historical Intraday Data. Historical data not available for symbol" was displayed in a red box. The symbol is ESZ22-CME. I am connected by the easy solution for getting CME live data, through Ironbeam. I tried connecting to the Teton data feed today but no (M) is displayed next to the chart symbol. I am now missing data between 6 Oct 2022 until 3 Nov 2022 about 70min after US RTH open time. The live data for today, 3 Nov 2022, connected by the SC - All Data, seems to be working as normal, from US RTH open 70+ mins. Can you please help me resolve the issue so that I can get all historical intraday data? |

Did you have the red box today or yesterday? We did have a problem yesterday with historical data, but that was resolved yesterday afternoon. In order to fill in any missing data follow these instructions: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. Hi thanks, that helped. I had been missing the distinction of right-clicking before the missing data, when doing "delete and re-download data". The missing data has now been filled in. Thanks for your help!

Oh and yes, the red box was on Friday 4 November. I logged in on Thursday 3 November and didn't get any red box on that date. Also no further red boxes since the instances on 4 November.
