Hello,

I successfully logged into Sierra Chart, but my Sierra Chart Account is not connected to Data Feed, why? I did the payment, whats the problem?

With version 2394 and higher of Sierra Chart, we are not bringing in data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you will need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for this data. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup our Denali feed for the CME Group data:

You will also want to let your broker know that you do not need the data from CQG so you are not paying for it twice.
