Sierra Charts and Transact Dom Not in Real Time Sync

Hi I am a Transact Customer using Sierra Charts.

i am again having a problem receiving real time chart data that syncs with the trading dom - it appears to be delayed about 5 to 10 seconds.

please advise.

TransAct stopped support for Sierra Chat several months ago. You were continuing to get the real-time data from our Denali data feed as your non-professional verification was valid through October 31, 2022. Since we are now passed that date, your verification is no longer valid and you are not able to get the real-time data, therefore you are getting the Delayed Streaming data instead, which is 10 minutes and 10 seconds behind.

If you want to continue to use Sierra Chart for trading, then you will need to change brokers. We recommend a broker that supports our Teton Order Routing Service. You will find the list of brokers that support this service at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing Service here:

If you want to use Sierra Chart just for charting, then you will still need to have a trading account you can use to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group. We recommend the solution outlined at the following link:
