Did not receive data on Nasdaq futures chart and S&P 500 futures chart

Hi, When I logged on 11/03/22 around 11.00 am EST my Nasdaq chart looked different. I did not see any data from around 4.15 am till 10.45 am I checked the chart of the S&P 500 futures and the same thing but even worse no data after 10/28 till 11/03/22. The Dow futures chart is fine; NO gaps in chart!! I wonder why the other charts have gaps of no historical data. I paid my $3.50 for Denali data feed!! Please let me know, Thank you, Valerie |

We had an issue yesterday with one of our servers resulting in missing historical data for some symbols. This was fixed yesterday afternoon. To replace the missing data, follow these instructions: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
