Hello, my platform shows that I am connected but I cannot trade for the message keeps saying "Waiting to Download Historical Data." My renewal is set for 11/9/2022. Is my account already closed? It was working fine yesterday. Thank you |

1. Activate the exchange you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed 2. Reconnect to the data feed after that is done: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers 3. Fully re-download the data for each symbol you are charting to make sure you have complete data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
