Are you certain you are using Rithmic for your data? Your account is setup to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you have the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional trading accounts activated. As such, you would normally be getting your data from us. The only way this would not be the case would be if you set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. In the end, if you are really using Rithmic data, then there is nothing we can do to help with that. Refer to our policy at the following link regarding Rithmic data: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy If, however, this is data from our Denali feed, then we would need to see your Message Log so we can see what is going on. Please follow the following instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, I disconnected and then connected to data feed and everything is ok now. I use rithmic direct to trade topstep for some time now and everything was ok. Thank you.
