Error downloading historical data file.

Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with historical data on my intraday charts.
The message I receive when reloading charts is a red box stating.

"Historical data file not found for symbol"

I am using continuous contracts and have not had any issues over the last few days but when logging in today I am only receiving the data from the time I logged in.

I have checked multiple settings such as Symbol setting/Data Limiting settings/Session times/Chart data settings. All seems to look ok and the settings i am not sure of I have left as was previously.

I have searched as much of the documentation as I can think but to no avail.

Is there something I could be missing?
I have also created new intraday charts to see if they load previous data and they do not.

We are looking into the problem. In the meantime you can redownload any missing data by following these instructions:
Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method)
