ES Mini Chart showing no price candles from 19.00 2 Nov to 13.00 3 Nov UK time

When I opened the ES mini 1 hour chart it was showing price candles from 19.00 2 Nov and the next candle was when I opened the chart at 13.00 today Uk time. So in between there was a massive gap. Why have the candles gone missing from the above times...this is also true for all the other timeframes? |

Thanks I right clicked and deleted and downloaded data and it worked. All time period candles are showing now, |

Just so you are aware, there is an issue with historical data downloading. We are working on the issue. As noted, you can fill in the missing data by redownloading it.
