Hello,I'm unable to get historical data for the ES. I'm getting a red error message telling me ES historical data isn't available. Using Service Pack #12 Denali - Teton Routing Any idea what's the issue could be? Thanks.

To redownload the missing data refer to the following: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data. (Easier and Recommended Method) If you get the red message again, we really need to see what it states. Please take a screen image and attach it to this thread. In the meantime, please copy and paste your Message Log to this thread. Hopefully it has the error captured in there for us to take a look. Same issue here... 1. Was having problems with ES while NQ was fine. 2. Re-downloaded ES and now is fine, but now NQ throws the error. 3. Updated to current version I was on 2430 something and it loaded everything fine now. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-11-03 17:19:10

There is some problem with historical data downloading. We are looking into it. In the meantime, you should be able to fill in any missing data by following these instructions: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
