I sent a copy of my message log to support, as it doesn't appear I'm getting real time data for AAPL-NQTV via Denali.

You are not signed up for real-time data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Are you having trouble getting delayed data? Apologies for not fully understanding the instructions before posting. I thought that the Total View real time data was included with Denali. It appears there is an additional monthly fee of $16 for this, correct?

Yes, that is correct. You have to select the exchanges for which you want the real-time data within the Denali Exchange Data Feed and pay the exchange fees (which go to the exchanges, by the way).
