No depth on DOM

Hi, My DOM for some reason is only showing the current bid/ask depth. How can I make it show the closest 10 please? On a different platform works fine so it's not the data feed... Please see attached. |

It is the data feed. You are using our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you did not activate an exchange that includes the Market Depth data. To change the exchanges you have active for the CME Group go to the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi, thanks for your quick reply. I have a second data feed as well from Rithmic, and that is providing full market depth. I can see all 10 levels of market depth on a different platform but not with SC. Am I missing something?

You are setup to get the Denali data from us. Therefore that is your primary data. If you want to get the Rithmic data into Sierra Chart, then you would need to set the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No. Then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed. Refer to the information here: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Just keep in mind that although you may get the data into another system, it is not the same mechanism they use to send data to Sierra Chart, so you may not have the same experience.
