Hi SC, I am trying to change the font colors for both the bid and ask pulling/stacking to be the same. I've changed the following: - Chart DOM Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stacking -> Blue Chart DOM Bid Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Negative -> Red Chart DOM Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking -> Blue Chart DOM Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Negative -> Red I want to see stacked orders (Blue) and pulled orders (Red) It works for the Bid side, but for the ask the stacked fonts are Red and the pulled fonts in green so not sure what to do. I've looked at the documentation in Global Settings-> Graphics Settings - Global. Would really appreciate some help on this, thank you. Kind Regards Stephen are cked are in |

We just checked to see if there is some issue with these settings, but they are working as expected for both the Bid and the Ask Pulling/Stacking. You definitely have the correct items to change, as long as this is for a Chart DOM and not for a Trading DOM (for the Trading DOM you would have to select the items that start with "Trade DOM" instead of "Chart DOM"). What is confusing us is that you state this worked for the Bid, which eliminates all the usual issues of why the Ask settings are not working (things like using the wrong settings window (chart v global)). Can you please get us a screenshot of what you are seeing in your DOM along with the Graphics Settings window with one of the Ask Pulling/Stacking colors selected. Are you making these changes in the Global Graphics Settings or in the Chart Graphics Settings? One item of interest is that you must have changed the color of the "Trade DOM Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking" as the numbers are Red in the image, and the default for these numbers is Green. Can you use another program to get us an image of your Graphics Settings window when you have the "Trade DOM Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking" selected? We are glad you got it worked out, although we are confused as to why it was not working properly through the Global settings. Just keep in mind that if you close the Trading DOM that you will need to reset the colors again. We recommend keeping that Trading DOM as a "Template" for others you may want. Refer to the following: Using Chart Templates: Duplicating Charts / Template Charts For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, Yes, I was confused why it wasn't working going via the Global Settings route, but yes glad it's done. Of course, I will keep this mind for the future. Many thanks as always for your invaluable help. Kind Regards Stephen |
