I tried the method from the link still didnt work. The Number of levels its supposed to show is Bid(570) and Ask(521) whereas mine only shows 100 each side |

Did you go through all the items in the list and check all the settings? In particular the setting for Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Max Depth Levels?
