Replay Control Panel is not appearing, reset windows function does not make it appear

Title says it all For some reason today the replay control panel refuses to appear. I have already tried restarting both the program and my computer as well as using the Windows menu's Reset Windows. When I hit reset Windows the Message log snaps into place and that is it. Control planel still refuses to open. I have tried with both the shortcut and from the menu Chart - Replay Chart - Replay Chart (Control Panel) |

We have never known there to be a problem like this. Window >> Reset Windows is all you would need to do. And then you have to open it with Chart >> Replay Chart >> Replay Chart (Control Panel) The only thing we can think of is you can go back to an older configuration file at a time when you could see the Replay Control panel: Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. As above but you need to hit "Reset Replay Control Panel Window". I had the same issue and this is what fixed it. |
