Im not sure what to do. Ive funded my account with stage five paid for CME market depth. 11 usd per month and my data is still delayed. Can someone please help

Everything looks good on your account, therefore we need to see you Message Log. Please follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. ------------ Separately, we noticed that you have two exchanges activated: - CME non-professional top-of-book - CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts You only need one of these, not both.
