Hi, I am trying to open Intraday Feed for ICE (F.US.QOF23) but it says can't download for this symbol. I am connected through CQG Data feed and I have ICE Data enabled over there. Please let me the issue.

Contact your broker and have them check again the entitlements for ICE and make sure also historical data is enabled for ICE.

It is is enabled as I can see the historical data and charts on CQG platform.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
