There is something not right with the chart starting from that last profile. Note the repetition of the date of 10-4.

The first thing is to redownload the data starting from just before that point. Refer to the instructions here:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

If that does not solve it, then you may have a custom study that is causing an issue. Remove the studies from the chart, one-by-one and see if the dates resolve properly when you have remove a particular study. If it is a custom study, let the developer know. If it is a Sierra Chart study, let us know.

Have you gone through the process of removing studies? There was an issue a few years ago where certain studies needed to be updated to use new Date/Time variables, and without them the timeframe of the chart got messed up. This is what this looks like to us.

We are not seeing any issue with the chart. Here is an image of what we get when we open your chartbook and set the symbols for our service:

The implication is that there must be something with the data. For this chart (#7) please make it the active chart and then select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download.

Let us know if this fixes the problem or not.

Please start a new chart for the same symbol. Before you do anything in terms of adding any studies, take a look at the dates for the data and make sure you do not see any repeating dates like you do for the other chart. If you do, then let us know.

If you do not see any repeating dates, then go ahead and add the Volume by Price study and see if everything looks correct. If it does, then there is just something about that chart that is not correct. You will need to remove that bad chart and replace it with the new one you are building.

We need for you to exit Sierra Chart and then open a File Explorer window and go to the "Data" folder which is located under your main Sierra Chart installation folder (typically C:\SierraChart, but it depends on how you installed the software). If necessary, you can see where you Data folder is located by viewing the information for the setting Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Data File Folder.

Within that Data folder you need to remove the file named ESZ2.CME.

Then start Sierra Chart again and the system will redownload the data for the ES. Let us know if it shows properly in your chart.
