I have performed the symbol update process exactly as described in the technical message that pops up when I open my charts - but every time I restart my charts, the technical message pops up telling me I need to perform the symbol update? How do I check if I have actually updated my symbols properly? The symbols seem to be the same as they always were - but my charts are all working fine? |

This message has no knowledge of the previous actions you performed. We recommend updating Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Current version. After that you need to check the option to not show the System Notification message next time you see it. That checkbox is on the System Notification window. OK. I'll check the box next time I open the program. (I actually downloaded the current version before performing the symbol update.) Question: Is there a way to verify that the symbol update has actually worked? |
