I switched computers, moved an ssd with SierraChart into the new computer (same brand and model) did and install into the existing folder hoping to use existing charts and data and presets etc. Upon signing in, I do get my chartbooks and settings. Upon opening a chartbook I get 2 boxes, one yellow box that says "Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.ULAZ22 ID:3 Click for symbol information." The second box below the first is a red box that says"Download failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed." I recently switched to the service package 10 and all was working fine. Thanks.

The reason you are getting those messages is because in the process of changing drives you updated your Sierra Chart. With version 2394 and higher, we no longer allow CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. You can do one of two things:

1) Downgrade your Sierra Chart software to version 2393 (or lower) and continue to use the CQG data. Just be aware that at some point you will probably need to update, at which point the CQG data will no longer work. The instructions to downgrade are at the following link:
Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure

OR

2) Stay on the current version and use the Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. The cost will be the same as CQG, but you will have access to more historical data and a data feed that has been created by us, for us. Once you have this working, you can cancel your CQG data. Follow the instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
