Denali NASDAQ data is delayed and taking forever to load

Hello, apologies if this was posted somewhere but I couldn't find it and reviewed documents. I just activated Denali data for Nasdaq but when I try to load a stock symbol it does not seem to load from Denali but from Interactive Broker if I look at the logs. It takes forever to load a simple chart. It works fine for futures but not the newly activated stock symbols. Am I missing something? This used to work. Let me know if you need more details. You are not using the correct symbols and therefore the data is coming from Interactive Brokers and that is why it is very slow. You need to use the correct symbols.
