I ourchased package 12 and in the ESZ22 there is a data delay of 10 min.
I signed subscriber agreement and CME non professional agreement.
Can you please help and explain why this happens ?

First, your agreements were rejected since you are claiming to be a non-professional, but you did not include the information for your trading account. You will need to redo the agreements at the following link:

This information is needed as the CME Group has a requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. We verify the account by having you enter the information in your agreements and then there is a check when you connect the Sierra Chart software to your trading account.

Once you have the proper information entered for your agreements and the agreements are accepted, then you need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. You can activate the exchange(s) at the following link:
