Receiving only lagging prices

I am not receiving live data but getting delayed data with a 10min lagging period.

I have not had this problem before.

i am a Transact customer but subscribed to Sierra Charts.

please help solve this problem ...I have also installed the current version 2443

The first thing is that you are not setup to get real-time data from us.

The second item is that TransAct no longer supports connections with Sierra Chart. So you can no longer use Sierra Chart with TransAct. Refer to the following:

I may have misled you.

My Sierra Charts are only showing delayed price movements by 10mins.

They are not showing live prices to what I have subscribed to.

There has never been this problem before and it only started yesterday.

The Transact dom prices are fine.

I am not getting live Sierra Charts but only delayed by 10min charts.

Please help to enable me to get live Sierra Charts.
