I just puschased and activate (Service Package 11 and Denali - Activated Exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ).
I have done all the Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees routine.
and still I get Delayed data on micro e min S&P index, as well as gap in historical data.

Could you help pls?

You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update the date and get the real-time data.
