Hi, I just puschased and activate (Service Package 11 and Denali - Activated Exchange: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ). I have done all the Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees routine. and still I get Delayed data on micro e min S&P index, as well as gap in historical data. Could you help pls? Thanks Best
