Hi,

I subscribe to SC package 5 & SC Real-time Data for CME. I want to add real-time data for U.S. Equities. Do I need to be trading with Ameritrade to access or if I enable can I just use the SC Exchange Data Service in Sierra Chart. This includes tick data for U.S. Equities, correct?

Just want to verify before I pay for the additional service.

Thx,
Jake

You can access the US equities data provided with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed using the "SC Exchange Data" service. You do not need to use a trading account.

Tick by tick data is provided.

However, please wait until tomorrow. We are working out a couple of issues with the data feed.

Can you advise once the issues you mention are fixed, so I can add the US equities data feed.

Thx,

Hello SC,

I noticed when I use the pre-release the equity data feed works, however most of my custom .dll studies don't work anymore more. they cause Sierra Chart to crash. I can provide logs or a sample study if needed. I have had no issues with them prior to the install of the pre-release. If I revert back to the current release, they work fine. Please advise.

Thanks,
Jake

Refer to the notes for version 1145 here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/Whats_New.php

What you describe should not happen if you go from 1137 to 1145. If so, we need to look into this. We do not need any files from you. What version did you update to?
