Hi sierra chart i have been using professional data for some time now and would like to switch to non professional since i have a funded account now. I was informed I had to ask you guys to do this since i dont have the option to cancel and re subscribe on my own. I would like to have Full "CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" as well as data for equities as well. Thank You

Looks like all you need to do is just activate the nonprofessional exchange you need here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed However, you do have to add credit to your Sierra Chart account to pay the exchange fee.
