Hey, If I have an active account on TradeStation, is it possible to declare it and receive real-time data from you (even though it is not possible to connect TradeStation to you)? If so, what exactly is the process that needs to be done and what is the cost of the data? Thank you, Shimshon

We only do account verifications electronically through the software. This is handled by having you connect to your trading account at least once a month. Since you are using TradeStation, that account can not be used to verify your account. Hi, thank you! I would be happy to know two things: 1. Where in Sierra's software can this identification of the broker be done? 2. So just to make sure I understood, do only the brokers who can connect to Sierra give the option to identify themselves in order to receive real time data? Thank you, Shimshon

1. The verification is done when you make a connection to your live, funded, futures trading account. 2. It is not a matter of the brokers that identify themselves, it is simply that Sierra Chart only connects to Interactive Brokers or brokers that use Rithmic, CQG, or our Teton Order Routing Service. The limitation is simply on our side and who we can connect to. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
