We are seeing market depth for TF and we are not noticing any lag at this time. Do you still notice a problem still? If so how much of a lag do you see?

I still have a problem with it. It seems like the bids and offers on the level 2 aren't updating at all. They worked for a few seconds and now they seem to be frozen while the price itself updates fine.

We have set up a new connection for ICE US data on one of the servers.

We expect this will resolve the problem. If you notice the problem, then select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. This will switch you to the other server and hopefully you should not see the problem any longer.

For anyone reading this thread, this discussion is strictly related to the ICE US data provided by the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. It does not apply to any other Data or Trading service you are using. Sierra Chart supports many services. There are only a handful of users who are using ICE US data through the Sierra Chart Data Feed because of the high cost of the exchange fee.

We have been told is that this is being caused by a network reconfiguration that was done over the weekend.

They will be working to solve this on Friday. We apologize for the delay, but this area the data feed we do not control. We do control the server hardware and the software, but the backend networking and exchange connectivity is provided by Barchart and they apparently do not want to do this work until Friday because it is more involved.

We have added two weeks of usage time to your account.
