We have set up a new connection for ICE US data on one of the servers. We expect this will resolve the problem. If you notice the problem, then select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. This will switch you to the other server and hopefully you should not see the problem any longer. For anyone reading this thread, this discussion is strictly related to the ICE US data provided by the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. It does not apply to any other Data or Trading service you are using. Sierra Chart supports many services. There are only a handful of users who are using ICE US data through the Sierra Chart Data Feed because of the high cost of the exchange fee.
