"Orders and Positions" Issue does not work with specific Trade Service

I have gone through Probably all Order fills issues on the Board, and no solution.

Orders and Positions are visible on some Accounts/Data services but not others.

Edge Capital Teton CME: Works
Amp Trading CQG: Works
Rithmic Direct - DTC: *Does not work*
Rithmic Direct Practice account: Works

Any Help would be great as I use TopTrader with Rithmic.

What is the length of the account identifier that you have with Rithmic? It cannot be more than 31 characters.

I believe you are talking about the account names, looks like they are under 20 characters. Attached a picture.

Because Sometimes it works, other times it didn't I took a deeper look during a live session. Took me a few hours but I figured out what is happening.
Since Rithmic comes with multiple account, Practice and Live, ALL Trade>>" Open Trade Window For Chart" need to be on the same account.
And since sometimes I have to reset an account it mixes up the accounts positions in the Trade window, so now some chart are left on Practice and other are live.

So all my charts and DOM have to be synchronized to an account manually.
Wonder if there is a setting where if I choose an account on my DOM all the charts will select that account also?
