Missing past data bars

Hello SC: I have data bars missing for the time I was not connected to broker. As long as I am connected to IB, I am receiving all the bars on the chart but not for the time I am not connected to IB. For example, if I log on to IB at 10:00 am, I don't get the data bars from 9:30 market open to 10:00 am. After several attempts to close and open SC, I have not been able to get that missing data bars. I have tried: Edit>Edit/Download Data - Intraday Edit>Delete all data and download When I used Edit>Delete all data and download on one chart. It deleted all the data from the chart and started forming a new chart from the current time without any previous bars at all. Please help. thank you. |
