Additional systems not showing not allowing log on

I have service pack 5 Advanced and paid for 2 additional systems for a total of 4. I checked my services and thats still the case however my control panel is saying I am using 2 of 2 systems and is not allowing me to log into the 3rd and 4th systems even though I paid for them. Its showing my limit is 2 however it should be 4. This worked just fine yesterday so I am not sure what the problem is today... USing version 2416. please advise ASAP

You did not have enough funds in your account when you activated the additional systems, so you did not actually get them. You would need to add $24.00 to your account to cover the cost for this feature.

my renewal is in October and i was already prepaid until then , so it makes no sense. this worked yesterday with no issues and just today it stopped, does the 2 additional system bill/expire/renew on a different day?

The extra systems follow the Usage Time. But, in your case, your original Usage Time would have ended on September 22, 2022. But you received time extensions from us, therefore your Usage Time is now through October 16, 2022.

But the additional systems do not have a way to track with the manual extensions. Therefore, they needed to be renewed on September 22, 2022 but you did not have any funds in your account to cover the cost at that time.

If you add the $24.00 to your account now, you can add the additional systems again.
