Hi support team,
I dont know why my chart with above indicator didn't work as expectation. For more detail, I will attach below. For the same moment, there are so many different from my chart and my friend chart and I don't know why. Please help me to check it.
I'm using package 11. Thanks!

To begin with, you would have to both be using the same data feed and ensure your charts are setup the same in order to have the same results. From there, refer to the following:
Differences With Data and Chart Bars Between Services / Connections / Chart Types: 43.8 - Comparing Intraday Chart Bars

We do not know enough about these images to know where the data is supposed to line up, let alone any issues with the Large Volume Trade Indicator. Start with the above and then work through it step by step.

I used his chart book so I think the configurations are the same. But how can I know which data feed I'm using? May I know if package service can be a reason ? And one more question, how can I use the real-time data chart

Why I upgraded to package 10 but evaluate package still here. It could be the reason why I can't using the realtime data...

From what we see of your account, it looks like you are using our Delayed Streaming data. But you also have to consider what your friend is using for the data feed. In looking at the charts, we do not see an exact lineup of the data, so there is something different between the two charts.

In terms of real-time data, what are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? Be aware of the requirements of the CME Group if you want their data at the non-professional rate - refer to the following:
