Free trial equities data question

I am 2 days into the free trial and getting delayed data for futures, however, data for individual stocks (using -NQTV prefix) only seems to be historical (loads the day's data after market closes). Is this correct or do I need to adjust a setting? I'm guessing market data for equities is only historical during the free trial and futures data is delayed? Please confirm. (I fully understand which data feed and exchange data I need to subscribe to once the trial has ended, so no questions there).

The NASDAQ TotalView data is available as delayed streaming data the same as the CME Group, CFE, and EUREX futures data. It sounds like you have everything correct, as you need to have the -NQTV suffix for the symbol in order to get the delayed streaming data (IBM would be IBM-NQTV). If you are still having an issue with this then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog We will then determine what the problem is. Not sure what was going on, but after I cleared the message log the delayed data is now appearing on chart? Just so I'm clear, the data is on a 15-min delay correct?

Correct, the NASDAQ TotalView is 15 minutes delayed.
