Hi After downloading the current version, when pc is put on sleep, all data from the point of sleep to wake is lost. Appears as a gap on chart. Fill all gaps simply puts a single straight line bar for time charts and uniform renko bars for renko. Delete/download does not fix. Is this IB feed issue that fixes with Denali or? |

It could be a data feed issue, but our records are showing that you are connecting to our Sierra Chart data, therefore you should not be having an issue with back-filling, at least not for CME Group data, for which you are setup to get the real-time data from us. What is the symbol of the chart for which you are having issues? I only went to the sc data today for major exchanges after the issue(been using long time for bitmex data). Set up everything for Denali and the issue is fixed. Thanks.
