Order Allocation Not Adding Account

Hi, I previously had order allocation set to copy trades between 2 different evaluation accounts and was working. However, on Friday only one account was "added" and the other one was not. I have been trying to add the second account and every time I click "add" nothing happens. I have tried removing all of the accounts and re-adding them, but the same thing occurs (only the one account is working). Would you be able to help fix this issue? This is with Rithmic connection by the way. |

When adding an account, you cannot add the account that the chart the Trade Window is associated with is currently set to.

Hi there, I am unable to detect my second account to duplicate my trade on, clicking on the add button in the lower side does not seem to work either |

You need to start at the top of that window in the section for "Available Accounts". Select the account you want to add up there, then select the "Add" button. After the account is added it, will then show in the "Allocation Accounts" field.
