Hi, I joined Sierra chart this month but on my account it says £36.00 renewable on the 03/10/2022 It says service notification message: (Your service balance of $0.00 is too low to renew the service activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance at least $36.00. You will need a payment of $36.00. Please explain i have already paid $36.00 renewable 03/10/2022. Kind regards Mr Ben Kanaraib |

Your account is fine and your current Usage Time will expire on October 3, 2022. The message you are seeing is just letting you know that in order to automatically renew the package on October 3, 2022, you will need to have $36.00 USD in your account prior to that date.
