Hi, I joined Sierra chart this month but on my account it says £36.00 renewable on the 03/10/2022 It says service notification message: (Your service balance of $0.00 is too low to renew the service activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance at least $36.00. You will need a payment of $36.00. Please explain i have already paid $36.00 renewable 03/10/2022. Kind regards Mr Ben Kanaraib |
