Order Allocation to Trade Accounts: Feature Crashing Sierra Chart

Good afternoon,

I have 3 trade accounts under the same login all using the same data provider, Rithmic. I had successfully allocated my orders to one of the accounts. However, when I attempted to add the second, sierra chart was freezing and crashing. This happened regardless of which account I currently had selected. I was following all the instructions in the help topic.

After about 20 crashes I managed to allocate the accounts. Not sure how it happened. I will test the setup on Monday to make sure it's working correctly.

I saw a user had the same issue a few months ago in another support thread. Has anyone else been having a similar issue lately?

Thought I'd bring it to the attention of the support team so you can look into this for future updates.

We have heard of this. But we are unable to find the problem so far.

Users who report this, though are not running Sierra Chart on Windows. Are you using Windows? They are using wine.

Not on Windows, I'm running Sierra Chart through wine

Other than this, Sierra's wine compatibility has been great.

Yes we were able to reproduce the problem on Wine but we do not know why it occurs.

We ultimately have to develop our own list and edit controls to work around this. Not sure how soon we can get to that but it is planned.

Following up on my initial post,

Order allocation is working smoothly so far. All my trades have been copied between accounts.
