Good afternoon, I have 3 trade accounts under the same login all using the same data provider, Rithmic. I had successfully allocated my orders to one of the accounts. However, when I attempted to add the second, sierra chart was freezing and crashing. This happened regardless of which account I currently had selected. I was following all the instructions in the help topic. After about 20 crashes I managed to allocate the accounts. Not sure how it happened. I will test the setup on Monday to make sure it's working correctly. I saw a user had the same issue a few months ago in another support thread. Has anyone else been having a similar issue lately? Thought I'd bring it to the attention of the support team so you can look into this for future updates. Thanks. |
