I am setting up a new system and when I open a nyse-i-nyse daily chart I only get one candle. How do i get back candles like show up on my other daily charts.

We have looked this up. This does not look like a valid index, at least from what we can tell. What specific index do you want? Do you want the NYSE composite index?

sorry symbol I typed in is indu-I-nyse

Have one candle in Daily chart and some candles are showing in the 13 minute

Make sure you have the correct symbol settings. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

After this, open a new chart for INDU-I-NYSE through the File >> Find Symbol window. Be sure to use that window. It will be listed in the Indexes section.
