Sierra Chart /CQG can't see the Quote and market depth

Dear sir, If I use the CQG fee,could I see the Quote and market depth?! Because I could not see the Quote and market depth now. |

You can receive market depth and real-time quote data from CQG. However, you need to make sure you are enabled for market data from the CQG system and you have entered the Username and Password in Sierra Chart for the market data connection.
