Hello,
I switched from TT FIX to Rithmic feed (SC), but I have the following problem: connection OK i must select new symbol (CLM4-NYMEX instead of CL-201406-CME) but on the new chart the least time frame is 1 minute, if I select 5 or 30 second it displays only the 1 minute chart, but I need a 5 second chart too, is this not possible anymore with Rithmic?
Regards
janos

Check the connection config.
You probably have it setup to save data at 1 minute granularity.
For 5 seconds bars set it to 5 seconds or less, and if you need tick bars or volume bars or any bid/ask analysis than set it to 1 tick.

Rithmic provides only 1 minute Historical data. Refer to this page:

We just realized that the Rithmic page previously indicated this:

Historical BidVolume and AskVolume: Yes.

This is not correct, it is No. We have corrected the page.

It is only Yes when using Rithmic through Optimus Futures:

Thank You, may I ask You, which broker is providing SC with TT Feed without the data is delayed by 10 minutes upon connection to the data feed? (Crossland unfortunately not anymore)

janos bardon:

I trade 30s chart with Rithmic and Crossland. They have real-time tick data but there are no historical tick data

I was also happy with TT, but couldn't find same setup TT FIX + SC :-) TT have solved calendar spreads very well for example ...
