Data stopped; can't get it to reatart

Recently I have had several blue screen shutdowns on my PC so I ran sfc /scannow. Corrupted files were found and successfully repaired. So far, it appears as if the blue screen issues with my PC are resolved and it is running normally.

Since running sfc /scannow my data has stopped and I can't get it restarted. I just ran it this morning, but I have no data after 08-01 19:57. Prior to running sfc /scannow my data was running well with no issues.

I have Denali Exchange Data feed. I have closed and re-opened Sierra Charts, disconnected and reconnected my data feed, restarted my PC, and installed the latest version of Sierra Charts. I have opened several chartbooks: data is not running in any of them. My internet connection is normal at 356 Mbps. My account is in good standing to the best of my knowledge and I have usage credit through 2022-11-13.

I would be very grateful for your assistance.

We are wondering if you may be having disk issues and some files may have gotten corrupted in the process of fixing everything. Go to one of the charts that is having the issue and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

If that takes care of it for that chart then you will want to do the same for each chart that has a distinct symbol (you do not need to do this for every chart, just once for each symbol). You may need to select Edit >> Recalculate and Reload for the charts that have the same symbol but for which you did not do the delete option.
