Hello, i have a problem downloading bid ask volume, my footprint has zero's everywhere unless i keep the platform on at all times,
this has happened to me once and i didnt find a solution and suddenly out of nowhere the problem was fixed
but its happening again what should I do ?

is my package 11 wrong ? is it cqg ? i can't find a solution after searching for hours and hours i really cannot find so i ask you...

In general this would occur if you were using the CQG data, but you are setup to get the CME Group data from us.

Is this, by chance, a symbol for another exchange (not part of the CME Group) for which you are having this issue? If so, then what is the symbol?

Also, check the setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds and ensure this is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it to Yes and select OK to close that window, then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

im sorry all my problems are fixed, i wasnt properly using denali, i was still using cqg as my feed in an old version of sierra, now i have last update and denali, it works great !!! thank you so much and sorry for the bother, all is well
